About the role

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Support Specialist based in the Philippines to serve as the operational backbone for its global Enterprise Partner Managers. In this high‑impact role you will streamline partner‑driven sales motions, accelerate deal closures, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day partner operations across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to Enterprise Partner Managers worldwide, handling deal registration, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
• Own and process smaller partner‑sourced deals end‑to‑end, ensuring fast and accurate closure.
• Administer internal systems (Salesforce, deal desk, CPQ) to remove friction from the partner deal cycle, including quote generation and order processing.
• Coordinate partner onboarding logistics, set up new partners in systems, and train them on tools.
• Maintain partner CRM data hygiene, track deal stages, and generate timely reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or partner operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and experience working with globally distributed teams across AMER and EMEA time zones.
• Detail‑oriented, bias toward action, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Based in the Philippines and willing to flex hours to overlap with EMEA/AMER business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and related productivity platforms.
• Experience using Zoom for customer‑ and partner‑facing meetings.
