Senior HR Executive – Manila

About the role

The Senior HR Executive will lead the full spectrum of human resources management for our operations in Manila, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws while aligning with global HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, employee records, timekeeping, and separation processes.
• Ensure smooth payroll coordination with finance or outsourced vendors.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Manage disciplinary actions and warning processes in line with company policy and labor law.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for local positions, from job posting to offer management.
• Partner with local recruitment agencies or job boards to source quality candidates when needed.
• Coordinate with corporate HQ for recruitment and onboarding of Thai expats, handling relocation and immigration documentation.
• Maintain workforce planning and staffing forecasts aligned with business needs.
• Monitor local compensation competitiveness and ensure compliance with statutory benefits such as SSS, PAG‑IBIG, and PhilHealth.
• Coordinate expat benefit programs and cost‑of‑living allowances with HQ.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other local labor laws.
• Identify training and development needs with line managers and arrange compliance or safety training as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or cross‑cultural environment.
• Prior experience working in the Philippines or with Filipino labor law (highly preferred).
• Experience handling expat staff or regional reporting (a plus).
