Salesforce Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to partner with our delivery team, administrators and business stakeholders. The role is both strategic and hands‑on, focusing on evaluating the current org, identifying improvement opportunities and building scalable, best‑practice solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Salesforce admins and business users to assess current sales and service workflows and recommend platform enhancements.
• Conduct a comprehensive org assessment covering data model, data quality, custom objects, automation (Flows, Process Builder, workflows), security (profiles, permission sets, sharing), integrations, APIs and technical debt.
• Document findings, present actionable recommendations and design well‑architected solutions.
• Develop a prioritized roadmap that balances short‑term enablement with long‑term platform health.
• Define and enforce Salesforce standards, naming conventions, configuration guidelines and governance guardrails.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions at an enterprise level.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate org usage, adoption and performance.
• Proven ability to translate business outcomes (revenue, cost, productivity, risk, customer experience) into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills to act as a trusted partner for stakeholders.
