Enterprise Architect – Transformation & Innovation

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will support transformation initiatives by designing solutions, contributing to business cases, and providing architectural guidance across projects. This role develops and maintains enterprise architecture standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in solution design for transformation roadmap projects and high‑impact change requests.
• Assist program management in business case creation, solution concept development, and technical selection for RFPs/RFIs.
• Review and provide architectural input for solution designs as requested.
• Develop and refine enterprise architecture artifacts and technology standards, building a content repository.
• Collaborate across business, application, information, technology, and risk domains to integrate artifacts into the architecture modeling tool.
• Conduct technology scans, coordinate PoCs, and guide stakeholders on disruptive technologies and trends.
• Present gap analyses and IT investment roadmaps reflecting the current IT estate and future digital platform capabilities.
• Lead the development of implementation plans based on business requirements and IT strategies.
• Oversee enterprise architecture implementation, continuous improvement, and periodic updates.
• Maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap and communicate its value to the organization.
