Remote Video Editor – Project & Full‑time

About the role

bina, an online school for children aged 4‑15, is looking for a remote video editor who can work on a project‑based retainer and transition to a steady full‑time cadence. You will create short‑form and long‑form videos that drive conversions across paid ads and organic social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a video style guide and production workflow during the first two weeks.
• Edit supplied footage into polished videos, adding motion graphics, captions, color grading, and basic sound design.
• Produce platform‑specific exports for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid‑ad placements.
• Generate simple thumbnail variants for each video.
• Maintain a continuous flow of edited content to support marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven B2C video editing experience with measurable conversion results.
• Portfolio that includes at least one paid‑ad cut, one organic short‑form piece, and one long‑form video.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with the Marketing Project Manager and Head of GTM.
