Remote Project Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking a remote Project Manager to lead residential construction and renovation projects from inception to completion. The role involves independent ownership of 30‑50 simultaneous projects, ensuring financial accuracy, timely communication, and seamless coordination among contractors, field managers, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for custom homes, remodels, and renovations.
• Oversee financial and administrative operations, including purchase orders, budgeting, and profit margin tracking.
• Handle inbox and communication management with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide proactive follow‑ups, documentation, and issue resolution without micromanagement.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail for financial discrepancies and documentation.
• Excellent organizational abilities to track bids, floating items, and project data.
• Self‑starter who works independently and takes initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including formulas and IF statements.
• Experience with construction management software such as BuilderTrend or Procore (trainable).
