Recruitment Manager – Lead 20 Recruiters in Fast-Paced F&B

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished, hands‑on Recruitment Manager to lead a team of approximately 20 recruiters and drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition across the organization. This role combines strategy, execution, people leadership, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast‑paced food & beverage and restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and drive the performance of a 20‑member recruitment team.
• Oversee mass and high‑volume hiring, as well as corporate, technical, store operations, restaurant operations, and leadership recruitment.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding across LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, job fairs, and other channels.
• Create compelling job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver manpower requirements with speed, quality, and accountability.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment leadership experience in the Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing a large recruitment team, ideally around 20 recruiters.
• Strong background in mass hiring and multi‑level recruitment.
• Experience hiring for corporate, technical, frontline, store, and restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media recruitment, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision‑making skills.
