Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will support the QA Manager in driving and improving data quality for Customer Care worldwide. Working closely with the Customer Support & Analytics Director, the role transforms data into actionable insights that enhance customer support decisions and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and audit random cases in bFO to measure quality performance of Customer Support teams against defined standards.
• Gather information from multiple data sources, interpret results, and deliver structured quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Provide timely and accurate quality reporting to global teams.
• Develop databases using data collection methods, analytical techniques, and reporting tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality audit and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Satisfaction teams to prioritize business needs and align with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a background in data quality and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in quality, analysis, and reporting within Customer Support functions.
• Knowledge of Schneider Customer Support processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with bFO Salesforce is preferred.
