About the role
San Miguel Foods is seeking a Production Operator to work on the manufacturing lines for cheese, butter, margarine and salad aids. The role involves operating and monitoring machinery to ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic to advanced operations on all production machines.
- Maintain compliance with quality, food safety and occupational safety standards.
- Execute daily tasks according to standard product and process specifications.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Graduate of Engineering, Technical or Bachelor of Technology courses.
- Understanding of quality and food safety standards.
- Experience or familiarity with food production environments is preferred.
Required skills
- Machinery operation (basic to advanced).
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes.
- Awareness of food safety and quality standards.
