Performance Management Partner

About the role

The Performance Management Partner leads NCC Group’s mid‑year and end‑of‑year performance review cycles, ensuring they are planned, launched, communicated, monitored and completed effectively. The role works closely with the People team, managers, GTS, and Workday specialists to deliver a smooth, data‑accurate performance management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of mid‑year and year‑end performance review cycles, establishing clear governance and timelines.
• Develop and manage the annual performance process timetable, key milestones and launch activities.
• Partner with GTS and Workday teams to configure, test and launch review processes, ensuring correct workflows, eligibility rules, templates and deadlines.
• Own communication plans for each cycle, drafting launch materials, manager guidance, employee communications, reminders, FAQs and key messages.
• Serve as the central point of contact for process queries, resolving issues or escalating to relevant teams.
• Monitor progress and completion rates, identify risks or delays, and produce regular reporting and dashboards for leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in HR operations, talent or performance management, preferably with exposure to broader reward functions.
• Strong understanding of performance management cycles and annual review processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a structured, organized way.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear process communications.
• Analytical and reporting expertise, with experience producing completion statistics and management updates.
• Confident stakeholder management across HR, technology and business teams.
