Packaging Engineering GSC Analyst

About the role

The Packaging Engineering GSC Analyst supports Global Packaging Engineering compliance by managing documentation, tracking regulatory data, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adherence to packaging regulations such as PPWR and UK RAM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance documentation activities for the Global Packaging Engineering team.
• Conduct supplier outreach, collect and validate packaging compliance data, and track responses.
• Maintain and cleanse packaging data in PLM and related systems, updating records as new information becomes available.
• Prepare trackers, reports, and status updates to monitor compliance progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, lookups, basic reporting).
• Experience with PLM, SAP, or similar product data management systems.
• Data analysis and documentation management experience.
