Packaging Design Coordinator

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services Manila as a Packaging Design Coordinator, supporting marketing teams to manage the end‑to‑end flow of packaging‑related visual communications for print and e‑commerce applications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end project management of Design‑to‑Delivery (D2D) projects, from initiation through workflow management and time planning.
• Enable seamless communication between brand teams, agency partners, and IMS Design Services to maintain deliverables and timelines.
• Manage label information specifications and SAP labeling records for assigned brands.
• Maintain and update D2D and label information templates for efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and flag any deviations.
• Support digital archiving of packaging and design assets in Nestlé’s Content Hub (DAM).
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and training sessions for D2D workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in agency or in‑house roles managing packaging design/artwork projects.
• Strong understanding of print production, colour management and digital workflows.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for precision and efficiency; regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP labeling records.
