National HR Officer (HRAU International)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a National HR Officer (HRAU International) to join its Global Shared Services Centre in the Philippines. The officer will work under the overall supervision of the Head of Human Resources Administration Unit (International) and the direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer (HRAU International) to support HR administration for a defined area of responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support and closely coordinate HR administration activities for the assigned area.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all HR actions, including recruitment, contracts, payroll, and employee records.
• Maintain compliance with IOM policies and relevant national regulations.
• Provide administrative assistance to senior HR staff and contribute to reporting and data management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work under supervision and coordinate HR processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
