Messaging and Collaboration Associate (EUC)

About the role

As a Messaging and Collaboration Associate in PwC's Acceleration Center, you will support the delivery of managed services for client messaging and collaboration platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to continuous improvement and optimisation of services while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for messaging and collaboration tools used by clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to ensure seamless client engagements.
• Monitor service performance, manage delivery risk and contribute to commercial oversight.
• Participate in training programmes to develop technical and professional skills.
