Medical Representative – Nueva Ecija

About the role

VIATRIS, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Medical Representative to promote its portfolio of medicines in the Nueva Ecija region. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting educational activities, and ensuring product availability across hospitals and drugstores.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors regularly to detail products and gather feedback.
• Conduct promotional activities such as continuing medical education sessions, product detailing programs, round‑table discussions, symposiums and product presentations.
• Develop and update the Territory Master Work Plan to guide calls and program implementation.
• Monitor sales, product movement and inventory levels at hospital pharmacies.
• Gather competitive intelligence and perform benchmarking.
• Coordinate with Channel Development Managers to ensure product availability in all outlets.
• Prepare and submit operational reports in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company policies, code of conduct and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid PRC license as Medical Representative.
• Minimum of 1 year experience or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain and healthcare services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
• Demonstrated agility and willingness to travel as needed.
