About the role

Synergen Pharma Inc. is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Assistant to support its pharmaceutical operations, product documentation, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines. This full‑time role offers the chance to work closely with regulatory teams and gain hands‑on experience in FDA submissions and pharmacy administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product registration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and organize documents for FDA submissions and renewals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain and update product files and documentation.
• Support inventory management and pharmacy‑related administrative tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist or graduate of BS Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of basic product registration and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with FDA requirements is an advantage.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
