Manufacturing Project Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Project Manager will drive Quality Value Engineering (QVE) and Cost Optimization Strategy (COS) initiatives across the business unit. You will consolidate performance data, lead workshops, and ensure alignment of productivity actions with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QVE and COS initiatives at the BU level.
• Consolidate performance data and track progress against productivity targets.
• Facilitate product workshops and competitor teardowns to spark innovation.
• Manage the Master Project List for the assigned BU.
• Drive cost‑down projections with actionable plans and governance.
• Monitor plant‑level productivity actions and ensure alignment with BU goals.
• Collaborate with BU and R&D teams to build strong governance frameworks.
• Benchmark across plants and animate improvement plans with clear timelines.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, productivity or cost‑management roles.
• Experience in a cross‑functional, multinational environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Strong planning, prioritization and governance capabilities.
