Legal Writer & Content Manager – Dispute & Insolvency

About the role

We are looking for a senior Legal Writer & Content Manager to become the strategic editorial voice of a boutique Sydney law firm specialising in high‑stakes disputes and insolvency. Working remotely, you will translate complex legal outcomes into compelling commercial narratives that engage C‑suite executives and influence leading legal directories.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑impact articles, client alerts and case studies that position the firm as an authority in disputes and insolvency.
• Lead end‑to‑end drafting and submission for Chambers, Legal 500 and Doyles Guide.
• Partner with senior partners to ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Draft and refine pitch documents, credentials and capability statements to win new business.
• Act as final editor for all digital content, ensuring consistency with the firm’s ‘Mastery That Matters’ brand.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB or JD) preferred with ability to distil complex judgments into commercial insights.
• 2+ years experience writing legal or professional services content, ideally within an Australian law firm or specialist agency.
• Commercially savvy – understands legal writing as a business‑development tool.
• Detail‑oriented with a zero‑tolerance policy for errors.
• Self‑directed researcher who anticipates content opportunities.
