Legal Officer – Corporate Governance

About the role

As a Legal Officer you will work independently and support senior lawyers in delivering corporate subsidiary governance services to multinational clients worldwide. You will be responsible for the full legal lifecycle of entities, from incorporation to dissolution, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of the company lifecycle in accordance with legal requirements and agreed deadlines.
• Perform or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues globally to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Ensure client, local, international and industry‑specific requirements are met and share relevant legal updates.
• Maintain data integrity and produce accurate reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Law (or final‑year law student).
• At least 1 year of experience providing corporate services to international clients, or 2 years in corporate law.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, flexible and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
