About the role
The IT Specialist will provide hands‑on support for OBS, livestreaming, and related equipment in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. You will ensure seamless broadcast operations and resolve technical issues quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain OBS software for live streaming events.
- Manage and troubleshoot streaming equipment, cameras, microphones, and related hardware.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues that affect live broadcasts.
- Provide first‑line technical support to internal teams and external partners.
- Document incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of streaming workflows.
Required profile
- Experience working with OBS and livestreaming platforms.
- Comfortable in a dynamic e‑commerce setting.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
