About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Human Resources Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a global technology leader. You will support key HR functions while working in a hybrid environment that balances office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employer branding initiatives to strengthen Bosch’s talent attraction.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Help coordinate learning and development sessions, prepare materials, and track progress.
• Manage the internship lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Provide general HR support on ad‑hoc projects and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Available for a full‑time, 5‑month internship.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
