Healthcare Client Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Client Support Specialist to assist customers with healthcare‑related inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience while following established processes and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through the assigned communication channel.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding healthcare services and account concerns.
• Assist customers with requests, account‑related questions, and appropriate service options.
• Listen actively, identify needs, and deliver suitable solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data‑privacy guidelines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and high‑quality service throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Completed at least 2 years of college, any field.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience (BPO experience not required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to handle diverse concerns professionally.
• Willingness to learn healthcare processes, systems, and terminology.
• Computer literate and comfortable using multiple applications.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite as required.

• ₱18,000 basic salary per month.
