Graphic Designer – Semi Flexible Schedule (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with strong branding and e‑commerce instincts to create high‑converting Amazon creatives. The role is remote, offers a semi‑flexible schedule, and works closely with the Creative Director to turn product benefits into compelling visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Design e‑commerce listing images, A+ content, and Amazon Brand Store pages.
• Create social‑media extension graphics for brand promotion.
• Develop clear, conversion‑focused layouts, iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals.
• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and marketers to craft product narratives.
• Iterate designs based on performance data and feedback.
• Prepare final assets for upload and testing.
• Support new‑business pitches, presentations, and cross‑agency creative tasks.
• Help structure workflows and improve design processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in e‑commerce or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑focused design principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take initiative.
• Growth mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Canva.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Teamwork or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience leveraging AI design tools.
