Graphic Designer – Digital & Motion Graphics

About the role

Outsourcey is looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer to join its fast‑growing team. You will create high‑impact visual assets for TV shopping, e‑commerce platforms, email campaigns, and packaging, helping our clients elevate their brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design TV offer graphics, animations, and live‑shopping assets such as banners, lower thirds, and product highlights.
• Create Shopify banners, campaign sections, and product‑page assets to exact pixel dimensions and theme specifications.
• Produce Meta retargeting ads and social media assets aligned with live‑TV campaigns.
• Develop Klaviyo email templates, campaigns, and automated flows (abandoned cart, post‑purchase).
• Design marketplace banners and promotional assets for Amazon and eBay.
• Maintain YouTube channel branding, thumbnails, and end screens.
• Update and prepare packaging artwork to print‑ready manufacturer specifications.
• Build and organize an asset library on Brandpad.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital and graphic design experience in a high‑volume production environment.
• Strong ability to meet tight deadlines while adhering strictly to brand guidelines and exact specifications.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
• Experience creating assets for Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of packaging design and preparing print‑ready files.
• Familiarity with Brandpad asset‑library management.
