About the role
We are seeking a General Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. In this role you will provide high‑quality customer support, manage communications, and handle a variety of administrative tasks while working from the comfort of your home.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support and manage client communications via calls and email.
- Perform administrative duties such as accounts receivable/payable, work order processing, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
- Assist with marketing activities and social media management.
- Follow client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures and stay updated on any changes.
- Represent the company’s core values in all interactions.
- Prepare data, updates, and reports for the leadership team as needed.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English with a good American accent.
- Willingness to undergo background checking.
- Quiet, professional home office setup.
- Availability to work the graveyard shift.
- Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup.
- Dependable electricity with power backup.
