Full-Stack Developer

About the role

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications. The role involves working across both front‑end and back‑end layers, collaborating with designers, QA, and product owners to deliver performant, scalable, and maintainable features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end components using modern frameworks.
• Build back‑end services and RESTful APIs, integrating third‑party services.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code across the full stack.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and product owners throughout the development cycle.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Proficiency with a modern front‑end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Solid back‑end experience with Node.js, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices.
