French Collections Support Analyst – Night Shift

About the role

This position supports a French‑language client by validating and processing invoices, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate accounts receivable (AR) management. The analyst will work night shifts from a Quezon City office and may lead a small team of collections associates or act as a subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process invoices in French and generate client reports.
• Lead or support a team of collections associates, providing guidance as needed.
• Process AR billings, adjustments, write‑offs and perform supervisory tasks when required.
• Track and reconcile daily and monthly AR balances.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system, whether entered manually or via interface.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoices and customer information.
• Generate repayments for erroneous or over‑payments.
• Provide business‑unit reporting and other required information.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with the ability to read and write business documents.
• Familiarity with collections or accounts‑receivable processes.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends off.
• Ability to articulate value added to the organization and suggest process improvements.
