French Collections Support Analyst

About the role

The French Collections Support Analyst will validate and process invoices written in French, generate accurate reports for a French client, and act as a subject‑matter expert for collections activities. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule from the Gateway Tower 2 office in Quezon City.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, encode and reconcile French‑language invoices in the AR system.
• Process accounts‑receivable billings, adjustments, write‑offs and generate repayment transactions for erroneous or over‑payments.
• Track daily and monthly AR balances, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Provide supervisory support for the collections team when required and produce business‑unit reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoices and customer information, suggesting innovative solutions.
• Lead or support a team of collections associates, articulating the value added to the client and Accenture.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in French (minimum familiar level, with openness to higher proficiency).
• Willingness to be upskilled on collections domain after onboarding.
• Availability for night‑shift work and weekend rest days.
