FP&A Analyst / Senior Analyst – Manila Corporate Finance

About the role

Northern Trust is seeking an FP&A Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Manila Corporate Finance team. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis, partnering with business leaders and global finance teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial results, explain P&L variances, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist with month‑end close activities including accruals and reclassifications.
• Partner with finance and business teams across global locations to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years (Analyst) or 4+ years (Senior Analyst) experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
