Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager supports day‑to‑day execution of general ledger processes, providing accounting support to internal teams and external clients. This full‑time position is based at the Sheraton property in Manila and reports to senior finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects, SOP audits, and period‑end functions across the property.
• Maintain accurate ledger balances, perform reconciliations, generate financial reports, and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Provide guidance on budgeting policies, control procedures, and financial resource utilization.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, conduct training on accounts receivable posting and credit reference checks.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (no experience required) OR 2‑year degree with at least 2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and communicate findings through reports and presentations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems for financial spreadsheet development and data entry.
• Experience using accounting software and tools to perform ledger reconciliation and reporting.
