Field Force Management Assistant Manager

About the role

The Field Force Management Assistant Manager oversees regional supervisors and ensures seamless communication between Sell‑out Management, Key Account Management and related teams. This position focuses on strategic coordination to monitor promoter sell‑out performance, evaluate supervisor effectiveness and drive overall business results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance of Regional Supervisors, identify under‑performers and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct store‑level analysis to generate actionable insights and improve productivity.
• Assess RS and Trainer productivity and cost efficiency; develop operational plans to optimise resources.
• Ensure effective communication across all field roles, including RS, Team Leaders and Trainers.
• Collaborate directly with RS to boost sales performance in assigned stores and conduct regular shop visits.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with SOM, KAM, Field Force and PMs to implement strategies.
• Set clear targets for RS and Team Leaders aligned with business objectives.
• Consolidate and analyse performance data, prepare strategic reports and organise monthly conferences and weekly meetings.
• Manage below‑the‑line marketing activities, seasonal field projects and trade‑related events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science; advanced degree in Marketing is a strong advantage.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Field Force Management.
• Proven project‑management track record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Data interpretation expertise with a focus on generating value‑adding insights.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
