Sales Service Associate (SSA)

About the role

The Sales Service Associate (SSA) provides comprehensive administrative support to a branch, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to performance targets. You will work closely with branch managers, advisors, and various support departments to facilitate sales initiatives, promotions, and client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and prepare daily and monthly branch performance and production reports.
• Assist in implementing sales initiatives, promotions, and contest mechanics.
• Support agency force by coordinating branch activities, meetings, and advisor inquiries.
• Ensure completeness of NB application requirements and liaise with underwriting for speedy processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, manage inventory of office supplies, and update bulletin board postings.
• Disseminate business updates, fact sheets, and contest qualifications to advisors and relevant units.

Required profile

• Experience in branch administration or sales support functions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external advisors.
• Attention to detail in document handling, reporting, and inventory management.
