E-commerce Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support a Canada‑based hobby and trading‑card‑game retailer’s growing eCommerce business. The role focuses on creating clean, polished visual assets for social media, website banners, Shopify storefronts, private‑label product graphics, and other digital marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, announcements, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Create website banners, Shopify visuals, homepage graphics, and collection assets for the online store.
• Develop digital ads and campaign graphics that align with brand initiatives.
• Support private‑label product graphics, packaging visuals, and launch assets.
• Execute recurring design assets efficiently using existing templates and workflows.
• Contribute creative concepts for larger projects such as website banners and long‑term brand assets.
• Produce simple short‑form video edits for social media using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe software.
• Assist with stream overlays, digital graphics, and other creative assets for online platforms as needed.

Required profile

• Strong visual design background with experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with trading‑card‑game and pop‑culture brands such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, or League of Legends.
• Comfortable working within established templates while also providing strategic creative input.
• Ability to align designs with the brand, audience, and hobby‑collector community.
