About the role
We are seeking motivated, customer‑oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives handling utility accounts. This entry‑level position offers a chance to start a career in the BPO industry with full training and a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to utility services, billing, and account concerns.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions accurately in company systems.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer and navigation skills.
- Willingness to work full‑time onsite in BGC, Taguig City on a day‑shift schedule.
- Immediate availability.
