Customer Management and Administrative Trainer

About the role

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Customer Management and Administrative Trainer to join the Dealer Operations Department. The role focuses on elevating dealer aftersales capability through structured learning programs, certification activities, and hands‑on training support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent aftersales training across the dealer network to ensure service excellence.
• Design, implement, and assess training programs, certifications, and skills assessments for dealer personnel.
• Maintain accurate training records, learning management systems, and hands‑on training facilities.
• Lead and continuously improve the Toyota Technical Education Program (TDEP).
• Coordinate cross‑departmental training initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with TDSP standards, track participation, and evaluate training quality.
• Organise classroom and e‑learning sessions for frontline roles.

Required profile

• Graduate of a business‑related field such as Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing training documentation and records.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and external partners.
