Creative Content Production Assistant (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

The client runs a fast‑growing AI and technology summit series and needs a dedicated content engine to turn a large library of talks, interviews and visual assets into daily social posts, videos and newsletters. As a Creative Content Production Assistant you will own the end‑to‑end workflow from sourcing material to publishing across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and record interviews with founders, speakers and guests, extracting compelling quotes and story angles.
• Create and quality‑check short‑form video clips, graphics, thumbnails and other creative assets.
• Write captions, social posts and newsletter copy in a clear, conversational voice.
• Package source assets into platform‑specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and email, maintaining a daily publishing cadence.
• Build and maintain templates, naming conventions and production workflows, managing the watch‑record‑create‑approve‑publish pipeline.
• Monitor engagement metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the content production process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience producing social content, short‑form video and newsletters.
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to spot story‑worthy moments in long‑form material.
• Self‑directed, proactive and comfortable working independently with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, emerging technology and human potential.

Required skills

• Short‑form video editing tools such as CapCut, Opus Clip or Descript.
• Creative design tools including Canva and Figma.
• AI‑assisted content tools like Claude.
• Content operations experience: pipelines, approvals, naming conventions and publishing schedules.
