About the role

We are seeking experienced SAP, Oracle, and Procurement professionals to join our consulting practice in Metro Manila. The positions span from Associate to Director level and cover functional, technical, and project‑management domains on digital transformation projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation projects for SAP, Oracle, and procurement platforms.
• Design, configure, and optimize solutions in areas such as finance, supply chain, HCM, and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end business outcomes.
• Provide guidance on best practices, data governance, and change management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP, Oracle, or procurement systems at any seniority level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites as needed.
