SAP Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security professional to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of security and access control across our SAP landscape. The role will focus on ensuring robust protection for S/4 HANA, ECC and related SAP solutions while supporting compliance and segregation of duties requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and manage SAP security roles, authorizations and access controls for S/4 HANA, ECC, SAP Identity Management, Fiori, BTP and SAP HANA database.
• Administer SAP GRC modules (ARA, ARQ, EAM, BRM, PC), develop mitigating controls and maintain rulesets.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, audit support and segregation‑of‑duties analyses.
• Lead security incident investigations and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to embed security best practices into project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security and Access Control Administration.
• Proven track record designing and implementing SAP security solutions in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, audit, compliance and segregation of duties.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
