Construction Bookkeeper

About the role

Hedron Construction and Development Corp. is seeking a motivated Bookkeeper to manage the accounting operations of its rapidly growing design‑build construction business. The role offers exposure to project finance, cash‑flow management, and interaction with senior management, providing a solid foundation for future growth in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations for the company and its projects.
• Prepare monthly project financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory financial and tax requirements.
• Develop and present budgeting and reporting information for senior management.
• Manage company and project cash flow, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with project managers to verify job‑cost estimates and monthly cost reports.
• Generate special analytical reports by collecting and summarizing financial data.
• Maintain relationships with banks, title companies, and other key partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Bookkeeping Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Resident of Valenzuela City.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.
