About the role
We are looking for a Claims Administrator to handle insurance claim processing remotely on a mid‑shift schedule. The role involves interacting with customers and ensuring accurate claim documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Process and review insurance claims submitted by clients.
- Verify claim information and supporting documents.
- Communicate with claimants to gather additional details as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Availability to work mid‑shift hours.
