Business Analyst – Talent & Culture (Permanent)

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Talent & Culture division in Makati City. You will work closely with project stakeholders to analyse, document and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle of projects and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver business analysis activities across specific projects or programmes.
• Ensure all documentation meets ANZ’s delivery framework standards.
• Provide leadership, communicate proactively and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop fit‑for‑purpose requirements and high‑quality artefacts.
• Quality‑check and peer‑review analysis deliverables.
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners and adhere to change control processes.
• Identify and raise risks and issues, supporting successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on medium‑to‑large projects of varying complexity.
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis tasks, planning, elicitation techniques, documentation and requirements management.
• Experience working on both agile and hybrid project environments.
