About the role
We are seeking experienced B2B Cold Callers and Appointment Setters to join our remote sales team. You will engage directly with eCommerce business owners and decision‑makers, generate interest in our fraud‑prevention and shipping‑protection solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales department.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to Shopify and BigCommerce merchants.
- Introduce and explain our fraud‑prevention and shipping‑protection services in a professional manner.
- Qualify prospects, uncover business needs, and determine fit.
- Book and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads, maintain communication pipelines, and keep CRM records up to date.
- Achieve daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
- Experience selling services to eCommerce companies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Strong objection‑handling and persuasion abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Availability to work 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST on a full‑time basis.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and activities.
