About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Secretary to provide high‑level administrative support for New South Wales workers’ compensation cases. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with NSW regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance for NSW workers’ compensation matters.
- Prepare, review and manage correspondence, reports and case‑related documents with accuracy.
- Maintain and update case management systems and records promptly.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and follow‑ups with clients, insurers, medical providers, solicitors and other parties.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression and clear communication.
- Monitor deadlines and guarantee timely completion of tasks in line with NSW workers’ compensation regulations.
- Support compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in NSW workers’ compensation administration or secretarial support.
- Strong knowledge of NSW workers’ compensation processes, documentation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
