US Tax Compliance Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TaxValet is seeking a US Tax Compliance Specialist to serve as the primary contact for existing client accounts. You will ensure seamless sales‑tax compliance for US‑based clients, working remotely from the Philippines during a flexible late‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage annual nexus reviews, permit registrations, and sales‑tax filings for client accounts.
• Provide audit support and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate compliance records and meet filing deadlines.
• Work core hours from 8:30 PM to 1:30 AM PHT, with flexibility to complete remaining tasks outside this window.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in US sales‑tax compliance, preferably within a fractional tax services model.
