Upsell Consultant

About the role

The Upsell Consultant will build long‑term partnerships with Sprout’s customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from their investment. This role focuses on generating upsell sales volume, meeting revenue targets, and supporting customer retention through tailored add‑on solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and upsell targets.
• Develop and execute renewal and upsell strategies that prioritize customer retention.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using Sprout’s CRM system.
• Prepare customized proposals and close complex opportunities at the C‑Level.
• Maintain deep client relationships across organizations and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement global sales best practices.
• Travel as needed and work autonomously in the field.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding quota in software sales to large enterprises.
• 3–5 years of experience in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
• Strong business judgment, integrity, and a persistent, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
