Trainer – Workplace Gender Equity

About the role

The Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE) is seeking a full‑time Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that advance gender equity in workplaces across the Philippines. Based in Metro Manila, you will work on‑site with partner organisations to create impactful learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training curricula, presentations, manuals and e‑learning modules focused on gender inclusion.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars and coaching sessions for corporate and non‑profit clients.
• Assess training effectiveness through surveys, feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance to organisations on implementing gender‑empowerment initiatives.
• Collaborate with partner organisations and stakeholders to customise programs to specific needs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of gender equity, diversity and inclusion principles.
• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and project‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior experience in gender advocacy, workplace training or HR development is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a mission‑driven environment.
