Technical Project Manager – Business Analysis Focus

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Technical Project Manager who can bridge business needs and technical execution. You will partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document current workflows and design improved processes to boost efficiency.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and ensure sprint velocity and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with QA and development to verify that deliverables meet technical standards before deployment.
• Identify dependencies, risks and assumptions early and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
