Technical Associate – Fresh Graduate (Software Development/Testing)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, implement and document programs according to specifications and Sun Life standards.
• Participate in design reviews and grasp basic application and system designs.
• Identify and assess risks and exposures related to software projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and other team members to produce and verify expected results.
• Provide post‑implementation and production support, including problem analysis.
• Report progress and status updates to the Project Manager.
• Complete a series of training modules and exams covering development and testing practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field.
• Fresh graduate – no prior work experience required.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with at least eight onsite days per month.
