Team Leader - Solar

About the role

ClearSource is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage a group of agents supporting a US solar customer base. The role focuses on driving performance, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of agents to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions and create coaching plans.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and implement action plans.
• Ensure adherence to process standards and high-quality customer interactions.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, training and support teams to improve workflow.
• Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Drive team engagement and foster a positive, motivating environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience supporting a US solar account.
• At least 6 months of team leader experience; BPO or solar background is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and performance-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Available to start immediately or within the next week.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (highly preferred).
