About the role
The Tax Compliance Specialist will ensure that the company meets all statutory tax obligations and maintains accurate financial records. This role works closely with government agencies and internal teams to manage tax filings, payments, and related documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle tax compliance for the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and local government units (LGU).
- Process accounts payable using SAP.
- Assist with business permits and government registrations.
- Manage Real Property Tax (RPT) compliance.
- Review vendor invoices and oversee payment processing.
- Prepare tax budgets and generate related reports.
- Coordinate regulatory matters with government agencies.
- Maintain financial documentation and record management systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate or local tax processing.
- Willingness to work in Pasay City.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas.
- Knowledge of SAP (advantage).
